Adding the button to your email signature
Outlook Express
- Open Notepad, copy the code from the box on the website and paste it in Notepad.
- Save the file to signature.html and remember where you saved it.
- In Outlook Express, click "Tools" and select "Options".
- Click the Signatures tab.
- Use the "File" option and select the signature.html file you just created.
Outlook 2003
- In Outlook 2003, click "Tools" and select "Options".
- Click the Mail Fornat tab. Make sure the Message format is set to HTML.
- Click the Signatures button, select New and then Advanced Edit.
- Copy the code from the box on the website and paste it and save.
Outlook 2007
- In Outlook 2007, click "Tools" and select "Options".
- Click the Mail Fornat tab. Make sure the Message format is set to HTML.
- Click the Signatures button, select New and name your signature.
- From the website, click the Open Window button
click in the white area of the new window and select all ( Ctrl+A for PC and Command+A for Mac ).
- Copy the code from the new window ( Ctrl+C or Command+C ) and paste it ( Ctrl+V or Command+V ) in the textbox.
Apple Mail
- In Apple Mail, click "Mail" and select "Preferences".
- Click the Signatures tab.
- Click the Create Signature button and name your signature.
- From the website, click the Open Window button
click in the white area of the new window and select all ( Ctrl+A for PC and Command+A for Mac ).
- Copy the code from the new window ( Ctrl+C or Command+C ) and paste it ( Ctrl+V or Command+V ) in the textbox.

Some web-based email programs are more difficult to setup. It may be easiest to use Wisestamp.
